What Are Phone Credits?

Phone credits are a prepaid system used to pay for the calls and text messages you send and receive through the Church Funnels platform. Instead of fixed pricing tiers, credits allow for more precise control over your church's communication costs.

Phone Credit Costs

- Making Calls: Calls cost $0.0154 per minute, which means you can make approximately 650 minutes of calls for $10.

- Receiving Calls: Incoming calls cost $0.0094 per minute. With $10, you can receive about 1065 minutes of calls.

- Text Messages: Text messages are charged at $0.0087 per segment. A segment is equal to one SMS of 160 characters. $10 allows you to send around 1150 segments.

Managing Your Phone Credits

  1. Log in to your Church Funnels account on a desktop.

    1. Navigate to the Settings menu located in the side navigation bar.

    2. Click on Billing within the Settings menu.

    3. Here, you can view your current credit balance and add more credits if needed.
