Church Funnels + Planning Center Integration

Watch this video for a step-by-step tutorial on how to integrate your Planning Center and Church Funnels accounts.

Step 1: Manually add existing Planning Center contacts to your Church Funnels account

Inside of "People" in Planning Center, export the contacts that you want to add to Church Funnels.

Planning Center will email you a .csv file.

Inside of your Contacts in Church Funnels, select "Import" and add the .csv file that Planning Center emailed you.

We recommend adding the PCO tag to these contacts, so you can keep up with which contacts inside of Church Funnels are from Planning Center directly.

Step 2: Connect Your Planning Center Account

Tap the red Connect button on the Planning Center Integration tab.

Login in to your Planning Center account.

Once you do this, every contact that you add to Church Funnels, will automatically be added to Planning Center, and vice versa.

Step 3: (optional) Automatically add Church Funnels Contacts to Planning Center Workflows

If you'd like to add any new Church Funnels contact to a specific Planning Center workflow, you can select which workflow you'd like them to be added to using the dropdown menu.
